Please be sure to read over our policies before booking an appointment. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to our policies.

• $20 nonrefundable deposit is due to confirm your appointment. The deposit will go towards your total on the day of.

• Permanent does NOT mean indestructible. Our chains are durable but can still break if you are not careful. Please be mindful of chain lengths prior to welding. Your lifestyle and activity will depend on your jewelry’s life.

• Too keep longevity of your jewelry’s life please refer to care and warranty card.

• If you need to remove your chain for whatever reason, please cut it at the jump ring with scissors or nail clippers and save your chain. Contact us to re-weld it for you.

• 20-DAY WARRANTY: If your chain breaks at the jump ring, we will weld it back for free. Please feel free to contact us for any issues even after 20 days so we can work with you to resolve them.

• After 20 days or if the chain breaks outside of the jump ring, there will be a small re-welding fee.

• For cancellations and reschedules, we understand that life happens. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. A $20 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited for cancellations.

• All sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges.

FAQs

• What is permanent jewelry? Custom-fitted chains that are hand-welded with no clasp means it's unremovable, but we can also make you a custom fitted chain with a clasp so it fits you personally.

• Can I remove my jewelry if I need to? Yes, you can easily cut it off! We do ask you to cut it off at the jump ring so we can re-weld it for you.

• Will it go off at the airport? No you can walk thru the metal detector at the airport with no issues.

• What about getting an mri?14k Gold filled jewelry usually can be kept on during an mRI but that will depend on the person. Sterling Silver Jewelry will need to be completely removed. We ask you to please cut the jump ring to remove so we can re-weld it for you.

• Will it tarnish/rust or turn my skin green? Nope! We only offer high quality 14k gold-filled and sterling silver chains. Both are perfect for those who have skin sensitivities.

• What is the difference between gold-filled and gold-plated? Gold filled is a thick solid layer of gold around a high-quality jeweler's brass. It's perfect for everyday wear and won't tarnish or rust. Gold plated is a very thin layer of gold around various metals. It can chip, tarnish, or rust over time. We only offer gold-filled chains!

Appointments are about 5-15 min long depending on how many pieces you are interested in. If you have multiple people in your group please let us know in the notes when booking an appointment. DO not book for multiple people
